GolfGroups.net was designed with the ability for one or more people to manage, organize, and communicate to any type or size of golf group. Features such as communicating event times and deadlines, tee time parings, handicaps and scores makes GolfGroups.net perfect for golf leagues, tournaments, golf teams, or club events.

All payments are made through PayPal. PayPal is a payment portal, allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. It serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods such as checks and money orders. PayPal is the safest way to pay on-line without exposing your credit card number to us. PayPal offers 24/7 monitoring to prevent fraud and 100% protection against unauthorized payments.

You can change your plan at anytime through our on-line account manager. This area can only be accessed with the username and password used to establish the account. Here you can update your contact information & plan, view transactions, and easily see the status of multiple accounts. Plans that are upgraded within the first 15 days of the account’s billing cycle can be upgraded by paying the difference between the current plan and the plan chosen. Plans chosen to be upgraded after the 15th of the account’s billing cycle will require a payment of 1/2 the difference and the next month’s payment at time of upgrade. Anyone wishing to down size their plan may do so at anytime. A choice would be given to use the current plan till the end of the account’s billing cycle or make it effective immediately; however no refund will be granted for that month.

Once you have established an account with us a feature we call, "the problem ball" is available for administrators to communicate with us at GolfGroups.net for any questions, errors, or problems they may encounter when using the system.

Depending on your method of payment, once PayPal has received the proper funds, they will notify our system of the payment & status of the transaction. If the transaction is successful and for the correct amount, your account will be created and ready for use. The status of your transaction and past transactions can be viewed on our on-line account manger at anytime.

Any account that does not have the proper amount paid by the account’s billing cycle will be placed in "suspended" status. No one will be able to login to GolfGroups.net when the account is marked as "suspended"; however, the account creator will be able to login to the account manager to make payments. Any account not re-activated within 2 - 5 months after it goes into suspended status will be terminated and the account’s information will be disposed of. We do not guarantee any data beyond 2 months of suspended status. If you wish to keep your data it is imperative that you select the Snow Bird Special plan.
Yes however, you cannot pay more than 12 months at a time for any given plan. For example if you are on the $49 per month plan, the max you can pay ahead is for 12 months (totaling $588). Anytime you change your plan the amount you owe will be the difference between your current balance and price of the new plan.
All payments made to GolfGroups.net are non-refundable. Any excess balance on your account will be available for future use up to 2 - 5 months after the account goes into suspended status. Any account not re-activated within 2 - 5 months after the account goes into suspended status will be terminated and any excess balance will be lost. If you are not sure of your future use of the system please make payments on a monthly basis until the future can be determined.

We specialize in helping you organize your golf groups. Around the world there are many golfers who join up with a group of people for a tournament or just to play a friendly round of golf. We realize that organizing such a group, managing their scores, calculating their handicaps, and figuring out who can play that day takes up a great deal of time.


At Golfgroups.net we help you facilitate all of that in a controlled and secure way. Now you can easily create events, supply directions to the course, post tee times & pairings, keep score, post those scores, share files and communicate to each member of your group.


The group leader, whom we call the Master Administrator, can control all of this from within our on-line system 24 hours a day 365 days a year. It's never been so easy to control all this information and control access. Group members can talk about events and even enter their own scores if permitted by the controlling administrator.

Tell me about the Money

You simply pay for the service up front with a $15 activation fee. If at anytime you no longer wish to utilize the service, simply don't pay your next month's bill. We will hold your scores and information for up to 3 months in case you change your mind. You can re-activate at anytime but there will be a $15 re-activation fee plus the upcoming month of service on the plan of your choice. Oh and taxes; we think they are thoroughly confusing, so when we say your plan is $39.99, that's what you pay. We'll deal with the confusing tax stuff.


Miss a Payment

Everyone misses a payment now and then. If you haven't paid for your next month of service prior to when it's due, your account will simply be disabled until payment is received. You don't want to do this very often as there is a $15 re-activation fee and the upcoming month of service on the plan of your choice.
